In Northern Ireland on the County Antrim Coast, overlooking the
sea and Rathlin Island, the ruins of Bonamargy Friary stand in the
middle of a beautiful golf course.
The name Bun-na-Mairge means the foot of the Margy
(the combined Glenshesk and Carey rivers) and the Friary is sited
where these two rivers approach the sea.
Within 200 yards of the Friary, Rosemary Dobbin
has her Chocolate Studio where she produces a varied assortment
of hand-made truffles and chocolates under the trade name of Bonamargy
Chocolates.
All her chocolates are produced using a high-quality
Belgian couverture and are sure to delight the eye as well as the
palate.
